The Resilient Team: Creating Intelligent Teams
Time: 5 hours
– Includes pre and post work with team leader and team members
– Pre-team assessment with the Team Leader – 45 minute phone call.

Emotional Intelligence, or EQ, is an important component of intelligent teams. Using the EQ results on the LDP, the group will be introduced to the value a highly developed EQ, which leads to achieving their outcomes.
During the five-hour course, team members will leave “I” behind and work toward acting as “we” in the space of the team. Leaning into the LDP results, team members will explore how to adapt and align the professional working environment of the team. Team members will explore how they can strengthen and share communication preferences needed for becoming a high performing team.
The 3 Cs of Effective Communication
Clarity, Communication, and Connection
Time: 5 Hours
Being an effective communicator can catapult your career onto the fast track, as well as set you apart from your colleagues. We think more favorably of those who communicate well, and people who communicate well also influence and persuade others. Ultimately, it is about getting what you want in life. Being an effective communicator can lead to less conflict and confusion and foster more positive results.
This course includes real life practice scenarios and tips for how to work through dozens of the toughest workplace challenges.
How to be an Effective Manager
Time: 8 Hours
This course is designed to help managers and supervisors build the skills necessary to develop and lead the performance of their employees, bring out the best in their employees, and manage their own skills to continue developing and growing as a leader. This 8-hour dynamic training can be delivered in multiple days and includes follow up digital coaching to reinforce the learning.

Time: 8 hours
This course is designed to help employees navigate and manage organizational and personal changes. Training employees to be more change-adaptive empowers organizations to thrive in an ever-changing business environment. This 8-hour course explores the personal side of change, helping employees better manage the stress of change, leading to more successful organizational outcomes.
Leading Change
Time: 2 days
There are several factors why change initiatives fail. Failure can be attributed to unclear implementation of a plan, ignoring the human factor, or unclear communication. Not everyone on the team moves at the same pace, recognizes the sense of urgency, or buys into the reason for change. Employees gain insight into the process of change and learn tools for upcoming the biggest obstacles to change. They will also learn how to apply proven methods to any change initiative.
Coaching Skills for Non-Coaches
Time: A one-time, day-long training, followed by 90-minute small group sessions for 9 months
